Perfect!
I am brand new to flow arts and I purchased two sets of weights for my staff; one set to make it contact and the other to further slow the motion of the staff while I learn. The weights are well made and the staff is still perfectly balanced. While I haven’t had the opportunity to test them for more than a few hours at the time of this review, I have not experienced any slippage or even any need to re-tighten them. It gives me the flexibility I need to learn both staff and contact. I would highly recommend this purchase!

Great for trying Contact with your regular staff
I like these weights because it gives your staff flexability in that it allows it to be both a regular staff as well as a contact staff. great for beginners so you can try before you buy a full contact staff. I do like to use these on my stock contact staff, by default they do not have enough weight and these weights make my staff just right.
