Sheet Metal

The Sheet metal shop is where thin gauge metal is formed into useful shapes. Metal up to 16 gauge (1/16") is typically worked in this area. Simple shapes will cut and bent to make objects such as a box, or more conplex forming and shaping operations may be performed such as in making a motorcycle fender. Machine Shop Tour
Machine Shop

The Machine shop is where the precision work is done. Many new parts are built here. The machine shop is also responsible for many machine repairs, especially if a replacement part is not availiable and has to be made. Click here to see the machine shop.

Fabrication Tour
Fabrication

This is where everything comes together. Much of the cutting, grinding and welding is done here. New products are built in this department. Fabrication must work with all the departments to take a project to completion. A good fabricator has a working knowledge of all the different parts of the shop.
