Orders typically ship out within 3 business days. We will try to get orders out quicker, but sometimes when we get busy it will take slightly longer. If you have special needs, please leave us a note in checkout. We will do the best we can to accommodate, but can't guarantee. Many of our orders are custom made upon ordering. We try to place priority on orders that choose an expedited shipping method.
All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA, USA. Please take this in to account when choosing a shipping method.
Trick Concepts offers USPS (Post Office) and UPS (United Postal Service) for both US and International orders. To get a quote for all the shipping options that are available to your location, add the items you are interested in purchasing to your cart, and a "Shipping Estimator" will appear in the right hand column. Enter your shipping information and Click "go". All your shipping options will be displayed.
Note: Shipping price includes handling.
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation along with your tracking number. UPS: If your package is shipped through UPS, you can go to their website (www.ups.com) and enter your tracking number under the "tracking" tab to access details about shipping and delivery progress. Tracking information may not show up immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to be updated. USPS: If your package is shipped USPS, you can go to their website (www.usps.com) and enter your number into the "Track and Confirm" section. However, USPS does not give tracking details like UPS does. The only information you can access is date shipped and dated delivered. International orders shipped via USPS will also include informationa regarding when your order entered the country and was handed over (via customs) to your countries postal system.
US Ground Shipping is typically your cheapest option. Ground Shipping utilizes both UPS or USPS, and is chosen at our discretion at the time your order is shipped. Ground shipping is only available to the continental US. The cost are as follows:

Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes! If you ask to deliver to a post office box, you must select USPS service.
We offer "in Store Pickup" to local customers. Just select "Will Call" as your shipping method in checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.
We offer two International Shipping Methods: International Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes, brokerage or customs fees that are tied to your international order. Trick Concepts does not know what these fees will be ahead of time, or receive any kickback from any of these fees. To get Country-Specific Tariff and Tax Information, please refer to the US Government Export web page. International Priority Mail: For most international customers this is the best option. The prices are reasonable and the service is fairly quick (4-10 days).
We can send packages up to 60” (152cm) long with this service to the following countries:
If you are in any other country, International Priority Mail is limited to 42” (106cm). This means, if you are interested in full length staves, you will need to use UPS as a shipping method. However, we recommend buying a collapsible staff because it will be much cheaper. Also, we can’t ship the Dark Angel Fans to countries not listed above because of their size. If you believe you are in an area where shipping may be restricted, please see the Post Office web site for up to date information. UPS Worldwide Expedited: this service is a little faster than the Post Office, but cost several times more, and is typically not worth it. If you are ordering a product that is larger than the Post Office will deliver, this may be an option for you. Because for the oversized nature of some of our items, occasionally there may be a size surcharge. If this is the case, we will let you know before shipping. Note: We no longer offer UPS Standard to Canada because of their excessive fees to broker customs. If you would like to ship something via UPS Standard to Canada, please contact us. Also, if you will be visiting the Los Angeles area from out of the county and would like to pick up your order in person, choose a shipping method and note in checkout that you would like to pick it up locally and we will refund your shipping.
In the event that an order is sent back due to customer error (such as not being there to collect it or providing the wrong address), a $10 charge for return service back to us will be due, unless it was originally shipped Priority or First Class in the USA. Return service is included in these services. Additionally, you will need to pay for shipping it back to you again. This amount is the standard calculated cost for the package. Reshipments are not eligible for free shipping. The shipping cost for orders that had free shipping is based on the $149 rate (see chart above). If you want a refund instead of having the package shipped back you, the order will be refunded less a Return Service Fee (if returned via UPS), and the initial shipping fee. If the order had free shipping, the refund will be less the return fee and the standard shipping rate for a $149 package.
We ship to APO/FPO Military addresses via USPS. Just address your order utilizing your APO or FPO address in checkout.

APO (Army/Air Force Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office or Federal Post Office) are not international addresses, but are considered United States addresses. Mail sent to APO/FPO addresses will go either to California, New York, or Florida before it is transported to the overseas military installations. These addresses use the following state abbreviations: AE (Armed Forces Europe), AA (Armed Forces Americas), and AP (Armed Forces Pacific). International packages do require Customs paperwork. General Restrictions: 1. A package shipped to APO/FPO should not exceed 70 pounds. 2. They may not exceed 130 inches when length and girth is combined. 3. Restricted items: perishable food, tobacco, alcohol, firearms, privately owned weapons, pornography, illegal substances, and hazardous items.
We offer a 10% discount for Military personnel shipping to APO/FPO addresses (wick excluded). Contact us for details.
