They broke within 6 weeks!
I ordered these fans and within the first 6 weeks I had them one of the spokes broke off. I dropped the fan (which is normal wear and tear on something used for performance, it's just part of the process to drop once in a while) and the spoke went flying. I have emailed twice and called once with no response from Trick Concepts. I was really frusterated because I loved them! They were light, easy to spin, a great size to perform with, not too much fire for getting up close to the audience, I was very happy with them until they fell apart. Maybe I would have had better luck with the heavy duty ones.
I am also very unsatisfied with the customer service I received, a response to my emails and calls would have been appropriate.
I have ordered other things from Trick concepts and been happy with it, I think Trick Concepts is a good company, I am just not happy with this situation.
I had Fire Mecca fix them because I got no repsonse from Trick Concepts. |

I love these fans!
The Khaos fans are extremely lightweight when compared with other fans-- very good for women, in my opinion. I adore spinning them, it's so easy and natural-feeling. The fans will bend if you are not careful with them, so I really try not to drop them when practicing so I don't weaken them by bending them back into place. Other than that, they are amazing. Very unique, very easy to manipulate, very light, very fun, very beautiful. |

Great lightweight fans!
The fact that these fans are so lightweight yet still have a ton of fire makes them great for performance! We did a piece with a lot of fast movements, and these fans never let us down. I have used about 4 different types of fans from various companies, and these are by far my favorites. Thanks Jaz & Scorch! |

Khaos Fans
This is the first pair of fans that I fell in love with. The center circle is perfect for endless finger spins, the palm guard is great for adding quick stalls and direction changes, and the light weight of the tool allows for easy grip switching while playing! An awesome prop all around. With heavy use my wicks lasted a good 8 months. I replaced them using a wick replacement kit which was handy and easy. Give them a try! |
