Great Spinning Fans!
Am so glad that fire fans are no longer just 'pretty static fire props' for girls to pose around with. The finger holds and palm grips are just perfect for spinning, dance, tech moves and a whole lot more. Nice!

Beautiful and delicate
These Lightweight Khaos fans are correctly advertised- excellent for dancers, but if you're learning a lot of spinning or tech poi moves, then do yourself a favor and select the Heavy Duty Khaos Fans. After accidental dropping, throwing, and other abuse, the Light Weight Khaos fans have had several of the "arms" snap off just beyond the weld and are not easily repaired because the spot welds end up thicker than the actual fan body/arm widths. I own both types of Khaos fans, and they are equally phenomenal, but they DO have different functions that should be taken into consideration depending on your intended use. Or you could be like me and just buy both! Hands down the Khaos fans are the best fans I've played with. These light weight khaos fans are PERFECT for poses and extended arm motions for long periods of time. They are dainty, which is the source of their beauty and fragility. Definitely a win. Good job, TC!!

In a different class
If you want to learn spinning moves with fans, these are fantastic. They are just simply way lighter and easier to spin than anything else I've seen, on this site or elsewhere. Definitely be careful about dropping them--mine haven't broken, but they have bent, and if I keep dropping them it's probably a matter of time before a weld breaks. But I would absolutely buy them again--the small size and light weight makes them a pleasure to spin!

They broke within 6 weeks!
I ordered these fans and within the first 6 weeks I had them one of the spokes broke off. I dropped the fan (which is normal wear and tear on something used for performance, it's just part of the process to drop once in a while) and the spoke went flying. I have emailed twice and called once with no response from Trick Concepts. I was really frusterated because I loved them! They were light, easy to spin, a great size to perform with, not too much fire for getting up close to the audience, I was very happy with them until they fell apart. Maybe I would have had better luck with the heavy duty ones. I am also very unsatisfied with the customer service I received, a response to my emails and calls would have been appropriate. I have ordered other things from Trick concepts and been happy with it, I think Trick Concepts is a good company, I am just not happy with this situation. I had Fire Mecca fix them because I got no repsonse from Trick Concepts.
