LED Hoop Repair

Kink or Snap your tubing on your LED Hoop or have an out of warranty electronics problem? Don't worry, we have you covered. Just purchase this repair and we will rebuild your hoop good as new.

The $40 includes completely new hoop tubing, and if your hoop is out of warranty, (more than a year old) we will also fix any electronics for no additional charge. Of course, any in warranty hoops will also have any electronic issues fixed too. Shipping within the continental USA is also included.

Just include your receipt for your repair purchase with your returned hoop, and send to:

Please included information about the original order. If you have the original order number, that is great, otherwise, make sure you include the name of the person and the zip code from the original order. Also, make sure the shipping address you use at checkout is where you want the repair sent to. If you do not have any other items on the order, just choose will call as the shipping method, so you do not get charged additional shipping.

Optionally, if you just want the tubing repaired, and not replaced, chose the option for repair only and we will include a $15 Trick Concepts Gift Certificate with your repair. (There may be times when the tubing can't be repaired and we must replace it.) In this case, you will receive the replacement service, not the repair service.

There are extra charges for international repairs and repairs going to Alaska and Hawaii. 
There is an extra $20 charge for any Fire and LED Hoops. If you chose the repair service and we do not have to replace the tubing or electronics, you will receive a $35 Gift Certificate.

If you do not have the box the hoop came in, a possible option is a 20" pizza box if you can coil up the hoop. Otherwise making a large envelope from 2 pieces of cardboard works well.
