Our new heavy hoop offers more stability for beginners and those liking the momentum of a heavier hoop. This hoop is the same size as our medium weight hoop, but about half a pound heavier. We have this tubing custom made for us out of a medium density polyethylene (MDPE) which is softer than the HDPE used in our medium weight hoops. This softer tubing is easier on the body which is very important with the extra weight.
