This 5 spine parasol is designed for those looking for a unique prop. If you have ever tried to convert a regular umbrella to a fire prop you will quickly realize that most of the structure is lost when the cloth is removed. On top if that, most modern umbrellas are made with many plastic parts. We have designed this all metal (except for the wood ball handle) parasol specifically to handle the rigors of a professional fire performer. Because of the light weigh aluminum construction it weighs only 1.86 lb. (844g).
These include a total of 5 rolled wicks to light the edges of the parasol. There is 3 ft. of 1.5" wide 1/16" thick wicking for each wick. This is a moderate amount of fire. If you want big fire, we recommend the spiral wick.
Each spine is 18" (457mm) in length and is made of 1/2" (12.7mm) tubing.
These Parasols are easiest to fuel using our Fan Dip Trays.
