    Originally inspired by Gora, we have completely redesigned the dragon staff with a new revolutionary design. We have managed to design it so it's nicely weighted, maintains its rigidity, but flexes when it hits the ground.

    All the spines are mounted on a spring/cable system that is dampened by rubber bumpers. This keeps the spines from wobbling or rattling while spinning it. However, when the dragon staff hits the ground, the spine will bend preventing damage. Additionally, the spines can be tied down to the staff to facilitate transport and shipping.

    Another neat trick that you can do with this staff is to tie all the wicks down with twine before lighting it to act as one large wick on each end. This allows you to create two huge fireballs by spinning off the staff in the air. When the twine burns through, the spines will fling out letting you continue your show as a dragon staff. You can vary the time that this takes by using different sized twine. Just make sure you do so in a place where loose burning twine won't be a problem. Make sure you do not tie the wicks down with any type of synthetic string because it will melt.
