    We got a good price on this surplus tape and we are passing the savings on to you. For reasons unknown to us , a layer of water based adhesive was added to the top of this tape. If you never plan to get it wet, you are good to go. If you are going to get it wet , you will need to remove it. This is best done after the hoop is taped. A garden hose and old toothbrush will work. If you want to take the lazy route , you could always take it for a swim. Either way , if you remove the adhesive , the tape will return to its original brightness. Because of the haze , you get it for half price. This silver color goes great with everything so stock up while it?s available.
