Order Processing

Orders typically ship out within 3 business days. We will try to get orders out quicker, but sometimes when we get busy it will take slightly longer. If you have special needs, please leave us a note in checkout. We will do the best we can to accommodate, but can't guarantee. Many of our orders are custom made upon ordering. We try to place priority on orders that choose an expedited shipping method.

All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA, USA. Please take this in to account when choosing a shipping method.

Shipping Methods

Trick Concepts offers several shipping methods for both US and International orders. To get a quote for all the shipping options that are available to your location, add the items you are interested in purchasing to your cart, and a "Shipping Estimator" will appear in the right hand column.  Enter your shipping information and Click "go".  All your shipping options will be displayed.

Important USPS Information

IMPORTANT! Tracking numbers are not really tracking numbers at all from USPS. The "tracking" Is actually a delivery confirmation # that is suppossed to be scanned upon delivery of the package to YOU. USPS is not obligated to scan any packages during delivery although they do sometimes scan it during delivery, but not always. So if you click the link provided from TrickConcepts.com to track your package and get a message "ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION". The U.S. Postal Service received electronic notification of your item on "DATE WILL BE HERE" Then your package HAS been shipped and may or may not be scanned during delivery.

US Orders

For most customers, US Ground Shipping will be the cheapest option. Your order will ship via UPS or US Post Office per our discretion. The cost are as follows:

*There are a few items where a shipping surcharge is included in the price. These charges apply with all shipping methods, including the "Free" shipping option.

The map below shows the typical time in transit for ground orders within the USA.

Expedited Shipping - US Customers including Alaska and Hawaii

UPS 3-Day Select – Delivered 3 days after it is shipped – Does not include Weekends
UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered 2 days after it is shipped – Does not include Weekends
USPS Priority Mail - Typically 1 – 4 days – Delivery date is not guaranteed
USPS Express Mail – 1-2 days – Delivery guaranteed in 2 days, often delivered overnight

* UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes! If you ask UPS to deliver to a PO Box, you will have to pick up your package at the UPS Distribution center!

In Store Pickup

Will Call (Local Pickup) - Your order will not be shipped and you must pick it up.  We will call when it is ready.

International Orders

International Priority Mail - For most international customers this is the best option. The prices are reasonable and the service is fairly quick (4-10 days).
We can send 60” (152cm) long packages with this service to the following countries:

If you are in any other country International Priority Mail is limited to 42” (106cm). This means, if you are interested in full length staves, you will need to use UPS as a shipping method. However, we recommend buying a collapsible staff because it will be much cheaper. Also, we can’t ship the Dark Angel Fans to countries not listed because of their size.

If you believe you are in an area where shipping may be restricted, please see the Post Office web site for up to date information.

UPS Worldwide Expedited – this service is a little faster than the Post Office, but cost several times more, and is typically not worth it. If you are ordering a product that is larger than the Post Office will deliver, this may be an option for you. Because for the oversized nature of some of our items, occasionally there may be a size surcharge. If this is the case, we will let you know before shipping.

* We no longer offer UPS Standard to Canada because of their excessive fees to broker customs. If you would like to ship something via UPS Standard to Canada, please contact us.

**If you will be visiting the Los Angeles area from out of the county and would like to pick up your order in person, choose a shipping method and note in checkout that you would like to pick it up locally and we will refund your shipping.

**You will be responsible for any taxes, and brokerage or customs fees that are tied to your international order. Trick Concepts does not know what these fees will be ahead of time, or receive any payment from any of these fees.
