First of all, you are playing with fire! Following safety precautions will reduce the risks, but fire performance will always have risk like any other activity such as football, skiing, or horseback riding. Most performers have never been seriously injured. Additional precaution in fire performing that must be observed is the risk of harming others or causing property damage is real. All fire tools can be used unlit for practice. Never light up unless the conditions are right and you have had sufficient practice with your tools unlit.
We sell some glow toys which are great for practice and will be expanding the line of practice tools soon. Also all of our fire tools can be used for practice unlit. The Kevlar wicks are soft which make them forgiving if you hit yourself. The other advantage of practicing with the actual fire tool is that you can be more comfortable with the weight and grip of the actual tool when you light up.

We Guarantee our fire tools to be the highest quality the market. We stand behind every product that we sell. Any item that does not meet your expectations may be returned for a full credit or refund within 60 days of receipt of goods. There is no refund on lengths of cut wick less that 10 ft or opened DVDs. Some products, such as glow products may have a warranty period of less than 1 year. In that case, refunds will only be accepted while they are under warranty.
Shortages/defective product
Any order which is shipped incomplete/damaged will be resolved by "Trick Concepts ". We will either replace the missing/damaged items at no additional shipping charge or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages/damages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Trick Concepts. Please contact us via e-mail at david@trickconcepts.com to obtain the needed R.A. Number.
