MCP's new DVD is an excellent buy for all skill levels!
I found the DVD to be thorough and very well organized. The commentary/narration was very exact and at times very funny. Furthermore, the different sections outlined in detail prerequisites, dos and don'ts and alternative methods for successful performance of certain moves.
However, hands downs my favorite part the the whole DVD was the inspartional sections which had a host of excellent and unique contact staff spinners including a personal favorite of mine, Meast.
